Our primary focus is those on the verge of homelessness, including underprivileged Young Adults (18-26), veterans, victims of human trafficking or domestic violence, those impacted by financial loss, recovering from addiction, looking to be more present in their children’s lives and families, and more.
The goal is that through sponsorships from businesses, private funders and government resources, our program participants can progress through the program with little to no cost to them as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

Ms. Surges, President of Beyond Living, is also the co-founder of Misaic Group, LLC. Ms. Surges is an expert in business growth, client acquisition, client retention, process improvement, and overall has an extremely strong business acumen. She is also an active real estate investor in residential property. Josephine Vega
Josephine was raised in San Francisco, California before living in her primary residence in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Starting at the age of 10 years old, her parents and family exposed her to many different real estate investments and businesses. She was exposed to the many facets of running and managing multi-unit apartment buildings, assisted living senior residential facilities to owning and running 2 restaurant bistros in the heart of downtown San Francisco. While attending City College of San Francisco. Josephine majored in Business, Economics and Accounting. In 2011, Ms. Vega was a business advisor , marketing director and office manager for Las Vegas Investments & Realty (LVIR).
Before becoming an advisor for LVIR, Ms. Vega owned and managed millions of dollars in real estate assets and projects. She was an active investor and facilitator of multiple residential and commercial land development projects with various business partners. Her projects included land development while rezoning for 30+ units on a 5-acre parcel close to the Las Vegas Strip. Ms. Vega retained and collaborated with several consultants such as land-use zoning experts, attorneys, various types of engineers, county commissioners, architects and general contractors. In addition, Ms. Vega also developed a mid-rise luxury condominium project through a joint venture partnership with the Hawkeye Group and the land owners in Portland, Oregon. She currently retains a Nevada real estate license along with her husband, Ryan Vega, through eXp Realty with over 80,000+ agents worldwide; however, her true passion comes from creating ongoing lucrative real estate investments and various business ventures with her business partners. She is married, has 5 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. Josephine's life goal is to genuinely serve people and to make a huge positive impact not only in the city of Las Vegas, but in other states and abroad.
Brian Jackson
Brian Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of BLAKE ALLEN. With over 20 years of tax
consulting and financial services experience, Brian has held responsible positions with major accounting firms and publicly held companies such as BMO Harris, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Kraft Foods and Sears Holdings Corporation in the areas of tax consultation and financial Services.
Brian holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Brian is also an adjunct accounting professor at North Park University.
Zsuzsanna Reinhard
Zsuzsanna Reinhard is a World Traveler, Real Estate Investment Specialist, REALTOR®, Holy Fire Reiki Master Energy Healer, Vegan Passionista all in one.
She’s had her real estate license since 2006, completed many designations including CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), RRG (Risk Reduction Graduate), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and Global Mini MBA from Austin University. She earned her Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations, emphasis on Hotel Operations, Concierge Services, Human Resources, and Leadership.
She is a current and/or a former member: Beyond Living Executive Board Member, NextGen Real Estate Investing Network, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Luxury Committee Ambassador AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), Education Chair 2022 of AREAA Las Vegas Chapter, LVR Education, Global Business, Charitable Events & Fundraising Committee, Quality Control and Technology Subcommittee.
