Integrated Housing and Vocational Training Program (IHVT)
A NEW Unique Model for Change and Impact
Beyond Living, a 501c3 non-profit, redefines Shared Housing through our Integrated Housing and Vocational Training Program (IHVT). Participants not only gain a place to live, but integrate real-life skills training into their daily lives.
Our Vocational Training Program focuses on business skills development through hands-on projects, potentially leading to direct employment from partner companies. This program also provides a transformative experience, allowing participants to witness the power of God in healing, restoring, and bringing the desired change.
Who the Beyond Living Program is Design For
There are so many groups that are in need of not just housing, but a new place to start again and integrate into working society. Members must desire to learn new skills that will enable them to create new a financial trajectory in life.
Our primary focus is those on the verge of homelessness, including underprivileged Young Adults (18-26), veterans, victims of human trafficking or domestic violence, those impacted by financial loss, recovering from addiction, looking to be more present in their children’s lives and families, and more.
The goal is that through sponsorships from businesses, private funders and government resources, our program participants can progress through the program with little to no cost to them as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

Keith Aichele
Keith Aichele serves as the Executive Director of Beyond Living. He is the CEO and Founder of NextGen REI, Misaic, The Agile Group as well as founder of the non-profit Beyond Living. His biggest passion and focus is on Beyond Living, a unique integrated housing and vocational training program that helps individuals in need of a restart reach their true potential.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, including taking his company to #1 in just 5 years back in 2000, Keith has recently designed the "unparalleled"
NextGen REI ecosystem which is enabling new and seasoned real estate investors to build their passive income in all new ways, all while opening new avenues to help other at the same time.
Keith is also the founder of Misaic, a marketing software and education company and has formerly served as the keynote speaker of the year for the largest trade show for Small Business. As an expert marketer, speaker and trainer, he has been asked to teach his principles at one of the top 5 Universities in the world.
Rachel Surges
Ms. Surges is the co-founder of Misaic Group, LLC. (2010- present) and has vast experience in helping entrepreneurs develop the appropriate marketing strategies to penetrate new markets. Ms. Surges is an expert in business growth, client acquisition, client retention, process improvement, and overall has an extremely strong business acumen. Ms. Surges is a consultant to several companies including NextGen REI LLC and The Agile Group Inc. for which she has a direct interest in both. She is also an active real estate investor in residential property. During Ms. Surges’s career, she has worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from small entrepreneurial teams to countless large Fortune 500 companies over the past 20 years
Ms. Surges is the former Global Change Management Leader of The Nielsen Company (formerly ACNielsen), the world’s leader in market research. While at The Nielsen Company (2002-2010) she also held senior level positions in Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Executive Coaching, and was highly sought after by organizational leaders to startup entrepreneurial and innovative change initiatives. She led multiple large scale projects focused on product development, system performance, user adoption, and cycle time. She was nominated by peers and leaders to become an organizational Black Belt and became certified in 2008. She also earned her Senior Human Resource Management certification (2007), Instructional Design Certification (2005), Procsi Change Management Certification (2008), and received numerous awards and promotions as one of the organizations leading high potential, high performer leaders.
Josephine Vegas
Josephine was raised in San Francisco, California before living in her primary residence in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Starting at the age of 10 years old, her parents and family exposed her to many different real estate investments and businesses. She was exposed to the many facets of running and managing multi-unit apartment buildings, assisted living senior residential facilities to owning and running 2 restaurant bistros in the heart of downtown San Francisco. While attending City College of San Francisco. Josephine majored in Business, Economics and Accounting. In 2011, Ms. Vega was a business advisor , marketing director and office manager for Las Vegas Investments & Realty (LVIR).
Before becoming an advisor for LVIR, Ms. Vega owned and managed millions of dollars in real estate assets and projects. She was an active investor and facilitator of multiple residential and commercial land development projects with various business partners. Her projects included land development while rezoning for 30+ units on a 5-acre parcel close to the Las Vegas Strip. Ms. Vega retained and collaborated with several consultants such as land-use zoning experts, attorneys, various types of engineers, county commissioners, architects and general contractors. In addition, Ms. Vega also developed a mid-rise luxury condominium project through a joint venture partnership with the Hawkeye Group and the land owners in Portland, Oregon. She currently retains a Nevada real estate license along with her husband, Ryan Vega, through eXp Realty with over 80,000+ agents worldwide; however, her true passion comes from creating ongoing lucrative real estate investments and various business ventures with her business partners. She is married, has 5 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. Josephine's life goal is to genuinely serve people and to make a huge positive impact not only in the city of Las Vegas, but in other states and abroad.
Brian Jackson
Brian Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of BLAKE ALLEN. With over 20 years of tax
consulting and financial services experience, Brian has held responsible positions with major accounting firms and publicly held companies such as BMO Harris, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Kraft Foods and Sears Holdings Corporation in the areas of tax consultation and financial Services.
Brian holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Brian is also an adjunct accounting professor at North Park University.
Zsuzsanna Reinhard
ZZsuzsanna Reinhard is a World Traveler, Real Estate Investment Specialist, REALTOR®, Holy Fire Reiki Master Energy Healer, Vegan Passionista all in one.
She’s had her real estate license since 2006, completed many designations including CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), RRG (Risk Reduction Graduate), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and Global Mini MBA from Austin University. She earned her Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations, emphasis on Hotel Operations, Concierge Services, Human Resources, and Leadership.
She is a current and/or a former member: Beyond Living Executive Board Member, NextGen Real Estate Investing Network, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Luxury Committee Ambassador AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), Education Chair 2022 of AREAA Las Vegas Chapter, LVR Education, Global Business, Charitable Events & Fundraising Committee, Quality Control and Technology Subcommittee.
Zsuzsanna also practices Reiki, Qigong, Food-Healing. She has helped multiple clients with their own journey to personal enlightenment. Connecting this knowledge to real estate, she does home cleansing ceremonies for clearing any stagnant energy for better vibes for the new owner, investor.

Peer-to-Peer Delivery services are independent job opportunities provided to program members as part of their opportunity rebuild and reintegrate into the workforce via Impact Solutions services by Beyond Living.
